How to add Another Duplicate Division +Add Another Division?

I will Add Document. Any please help me ... I am very confusing ...about this task .. I did not get solution past 15 days ...

I will give Database query also ...Friends ...

Duplicate Functionality is: 

When i click on save Button ..after data is saving in database and ...Then after when  i click on duplicate button Multiple time Save record will be display ...

Add Another Functionality is:

When i click add another text add button One another division ...

If you will not understand my language...

Simple Example: You can visit linked in page(login) friends ..Go to business Services and Click advertise page and click get started button after click create a add ..
You got Any solution or any shot cut.  please help me friend.
