How to: Add an Actions Pane Control in a .net Form

Hai Friends::
I want To create the action pane control in excel application.Am using .net 2.0 and vsto 2005.When I create a project am using Shared-Addin and i create my Excel Application.When I want to add action pane in my project .I make right click and i want add new item of actions pane control .But I cant See the Actions Pane Control in the new item.Can Any one Suggest Me.
