how to acess file to save in directory i want choose the opt

 in my project how to acess file to save in directory . and also i need choose option of all directory details.in my visual studio 2012 not availabe save upload file .. so im using button one click and acesss the file so plase give me the design and source page and view code

... help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
