How to access publicly asp.net webforms system using SSL

Hi!

 

I want to make my webforms application accessible via https. I've searched several videos and tutorials on how to create a server certificates using IIS. I was able to create one. I tried it and i worked. But, when I will access my application outside our network, it fails.

 

Can someone teach me or point me to a right direction how to run your application in https?
