How To Access Eclipse Menu In JAVA File

Question

In eclipse I have installed plugin "TeXlipse" which provide Latex based environment and the problem is that I can get top menu text when the cursor focus is on a particular Menu but not for submenus. In eclipse environment top menu is loaded from the jar files of eclipse which is like binary files so how can I access the binary files code and modify them according to my need. See below picture the red line circle get here and please guide me to achieve this target. I simply want to get the text of a menu and sub-menu on focus
