how retrive data from database

Question

hi,
i am using ms-access as backend and vb.net as frontend
i want to make a cet exam system with multiple choice.
i design a form in that, i use the richtextbox to retrive question from ms-access database and four radiobutton to retrive option like option1,option2,option3,and option4  from database. and three button.
button1 as next ,button2 as previous, button3 as finish and timer
i want to retrive question from database with randomly
if i click on next button, then user go to the next question, if user want to modify the last answer then user click on previous then update the answer.
if user click on finish button the finish the exam or if time is complete then automatically end exam and show the result
