how pass 1st form textbox value in 2nd form combobox

I am making application in C#. i have 2 forms. In 1st form i use textbox in which i save subject name. this subject name i want to display in 2nd form but in combobox. how to pass textbox value to combobox in 2nd form. pls give me code.
