How I need to do Video recording

Hi Friends,

 

I want to do video tutorials for my customer for one of the application we developed , both involves Technical and functional related , We want to  do some video tutorials , Which tools are best to do a recording in audio+video recording.

 

We want some free tools not a licensed one .
