how get last ID entered from tb1 angular2,4,5,6 MVc

Question

i have api Mvc4

and 

i have 2 table

 

first tb i  save data successfully

 

But how to get the ID that was entered and
This is recorded in Table 2 using angular 4, 2,6,5 and EF
