How does azure sdk code samples works in your development?

Is there anyone who can enlightned me as to how does the azure iot-sdk-code-samples work? Like if one chose any module either be Python, C, Java or C#  as per requirement for any service in the business problem. How different are they with azure document sample?

 

I'm thinking if possible it could be implemented in best practise for your problem or development in future.
