How do I use javascript or xaml with C#

Question

Hi.

I have a windows project containing a Rich text box.

I would like to have the text in the Rich text box control scroll up like a marquis. Going from the bottom of the text box to the top.

Is it possible to do this with Xaml or javascript?

I've used javascript outside of .net a few times and never used XAML

But i would like to.
