How do I save and view files in Google drive in .NET CORE 2

Question

I need to develop a .NET CORE 2 web application. User has to register with gmail account. Later user can save file to his google drive with public access so that other users can view the uploaded file in the application dashboard.

I have build an ASP.NET Core 2.0 web app using OAuth 2.0. User is able to register and login via gmail account. The remaining part is, save and view file in drive which would be accessible to all other user.
