How do i draw geofence of two point in asp.Net mvc4

Question

i want to know how i do draw geofenceing in asp.Net mvc4 on map with checkbox click on it 
i face so many problem coz of it , kindly answer me or give me exmple , i try to give you screenshot in here , i want to know how do i add  geofenceing of two point and when check box checked and to save in database minmum latitude , maximum latitude and minmum longitude , maximum longitude , this four field with WCF api  , i have already api , just want to code of Geofencing put on map and ajax wcf data store code
