How do I convert to datetime?I am retrieving data from excel

Question

I am retrieving data from excel and storing into a table in database where data type is date time.

 

Format of date in excel is :25-12-2018 

 

Error:Input string is not in correct format. 

 

If date comes in this format : 10/23/2018

Then no error.
