How can we do a "zoom in" feature when clicked on a tab of a website with html?

Hi All,

Actually my requirement is that,i have a page which designed in html..
so my problem is like i have some tabs on the left side of the page,
now if i clicks one tab it has to display on the page with Zoom in feature
(i.e that tab has to come with zoom in and remaining all will be at the background
of the particular zoom out tab)

For clear understanding i have a link which has done through the flash,the same thing i want with the use of html controls..

Could anybody face this problem? Please suggest on how to resolve this issue.
