How can resolv this messages?

I lost my last laptop. Then on the new one I have now I do put all the file I had backuped.

But when I am trying to run the same program on the new laptop I receive this two message. Please how can I resolv it:

 

1. The designer could not be shown for this file because none of the classes within it can be designed.

2. Cannot find wrapper assembly for type library "DAO". Verify that (1) the COM component is registered correctly and (2) your target platform is the same as the bitness of the COM component. For example, if the COM component is 32-bit, your target platform must not be 64-bit. LunaOffice
