How can i make multi UI Thread?

a programm often has one UI Thread.you can't refresh one control when other control is refreshing in the same form.but now i have this problem. there is one control,it draw over 600,000 line in itselt.so refresh it is very slowly.i can't wait for refreshing over.so i need make other control can refresh too.and i can click down any button in the form.How can i to do this?thanks!!
