How can i make custom toolbar in Mvc

Question

Hi ,

 

I want to create custom toolbar which has controls like textbox, image,dropdown, radio buttons and many controls in mvc and jquery.

 

I want to use this custom toolbar as a Question  Builder.

 

 After toolbar , i want to drag and drop  any control from this toolbar for create question.

 

I dont have any idea how could  i done this.

 

Can you Please help , if you can..
