How can i get text when people sending sms from their mobile

HI all,

Here i am working with SMS application.

how can i get text when people sent from their mobile. For this i am using third party vendor.

for example people will send sms like below.

ACT SMS99 TO 575750.

this time how can we get the ACT SMS99 text with my .net code.

Please help me...
