How can I get setup of VS 2017 community edition offline.

I want to use visual studio 2017 community edition setup. How I get complete setup as I don't have the option of wifi at my home to download it on the laptop so I want a setup of VS 2017 so that I download in from other place and install setup in my laptop.

If possible, suggest me a good option.
