How can I disable Default ToolTip

Hello All, I have a Query. I have a Propert Sheet On which I have the default buttons[Ok , Cancel , Apply.] When I right click on these buttons I get windows default Tool tip "What's this". When I click on the tool tip message it pops up a default message.I don't need this default tool tip. How I can avoid this. Please help me in resolving this issue. Many thanks in advance.
