How can I add Windows CE Emulator :(

Hi All,

I want to add Windows CE emulator. There is only Windows CE Device in my Visual Studio 2008. I am trying to do something with Smart Device Project. Please help me :( I searched for it, and found something but I couldn't do it right I think ..
