Hosting in IIS 7.5

Hi...

I am using IIS 7.5 (Win 7 Prof Ed) and how to host a simple HTML webpage (filename.html) in IIS...I just copied in C:\inetpub\wwwroot and accessing from Internet Explorer as "http://MyIPAddress/Filename
but not working...
