hosted web application on iis 8.5

Question

hosted two web application on IIS 8.5 on browsing with the URL given it is conflicting pointing to the port 80, and in the settings, i have pointed that application to port 443.

 

On browsing, it is giving an error.

 

HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden

 

The Web server is configured to not list the contents of this directory.

 

Please help. Answer would be appreciated.
