holes in software in vista

Question

We've run the program on Windows XP and it looks fine, the problem is when we install it on a Vista machine. as you can see from the image attached. There are some parts where you can see the FireFox browser underneath set to the Yahoo Homepage. What can cause this sorta thing? Has anyone seen this before?
