Hi...I badly needed HELP, this for my college project...

I NEED HELP.. Can someone help me how can I insert a value from each datagridview row and put into each row value to specific column in database? For example I have 3 list value in a row and i want each row can be put into database column but not in row...I really need help my project deadline is almost meet...Can someone help me? Every reply is greatly appreciated...help me please my brain is not working anymore, im still 22 years old and i only know basic C#...HELP ME PLEASE...Or can send the answer in my email [email protected] i really need the answer ASAP...????
