Hide And Show in MVC

Question

hiiii..

I am learning MVC.I have cofussed in the problem.i have three radiobutton(id,name,mobile).what i need is.If i click the the id it will show only id.and if i click the name radiobutton it will show the name only not show id and mobile.and also the search button in the field.if i search the already existing name it will show .how it can be made.
