Hi there! How can I use Flow to start a 5 business day timer

Hi there! I did not see a Sharepoint Online subject here, How can I use Flow to start a 5 business day timer when a list item has a certain dropdown selection chosen? We want this to remind the user about this countdown, so creating an Outlook task might work? I just don't know how to setup Flow to do this. We're using an Issue Tracker App from the SharePoint library of Apps for this list.
