Hi, I would like to know how to catch the DATE TIME

Question

I would like to know how to catch the DATE TIME when records were created in a Table without a DATE Field??

 

For example using the Sysdate or something like this.

 

I need to delete records only lefting records from today and yesterday for example, but there is no a DATE field created.
