Hi, I want to create Role-Based login system

Currently i'm developing a system for HRM in there i have three main accounts such as HR Manger, Administrator and Employee so i want to implement different facilities for each and everyone from the system like restrict some of the facilities to employees etc..
i need help from GENIUS
