Help with adding a resource file.

Question

Hello all I am looking for some information about decompiling and recompiing a C# project with JetBrains. I was able to open a program I need to edit and export it to a C# .proj file. When I open it in VS2017 I am able to add all the references which took away most all compileing errors. I have 1 last task I cannot figure out. In JetBrain there is a couple of resources under Resources. Jetbrains added the files in the project at the end under the general project. I am trying to move them to Resources but it will not allow me to move them there. Really I am not even sure they need to be moved there I am just assuming because the compile errors I now get refer to only those resource files. DOes anyone have an idea as to what I can do? I am sorry if this is lacking details if you need any more information just let me know. I hope someone can help me out here.
