Help related to like dislike button

Question

Hi I am making a forum , i need help regarding making like dislike button as we see in this site to every reply. Is there any chance that i can get some code or and idea about how to design those like dislike mechanism. I have tried this but didnt got success. so please guide me on this. This will be a gr8 help from the experts. Thanks in Advance....

i have no knowlege in php but in .net we use Imagebutton ,here we can set image like in csharp corner like dislike and Imagebutton has event

Hi Khargesh Thanks for the reply, but i need button like the one you when just below your own image in this reply, those are the images and not the button, so button_click event wont work for images. Actually i want to this solution to be implement in PHP, just need the concept for making...i will appriciate if you reply to this thanks in advance.
