i need a help from you guyz.Scenario is i want to create an application which takes data from sql server those states are 'Not submitted' and pass the values to a web service and sends it for processing. so the function has to be called in every half an hour automatically. no user interfers involves. it has to work as a background process. for this wat i need to use
