help me give smart solution --smart device and xml problem --urgent

hai sir
                   this is senthur ganesh.now am facing two problemes for my projects.please give some idea for my projects.
                      my first project problem  is smart device application using ordering some items.my problems is smart device contain local database .sdf format(sql server CE database). actual updation occur in server system(sql server)
how to affect sql server CE database to sql server databse.this is my query.you have give one final solution for me.
                         In my knowledge onwards -two ways such as RDA(push and pull method) and replication method.but i did know how to implement this concept sir.just create one login form and how to attect sqlCE tp sql server databases then i can manage sir.
                         please mention h/w and s/w requirements.
                                  Next problem
                                       normally we wil connect and insert the values in some databases.DOTNET also support some providers. but how to insert the TALLY software.
                                    suppose we wil give some inputs it convert in XML(passing the values in some string data) format then it affect TALLY software.
                         am waiting for your reply.
