heatmap dashboared

I need your help with a project i so excited to do which is developing

an "interactive global heatmap dashboared"

I have found two packages one in ". Net charting" which is written in c# but it is not interactive

The other one is "fusionchart" packege that is in JSON and XML and it is interactive:

Now i am lost of what should be my first step and i need a Guideline that will

order my project and i'am hoping you would help
