Have legacy MCPD certificates, Upgrade paths?

Hi all
I know i should have upgraded long ago, but life got in the way, family, friends, being a dad etc.

I have legacy MCPD certificates which is prior to 2016, and missed the upgrade exams offered in 2017.

What is the first step, and steps after for me to be totally up to date with everything.
Reason im asking here, from my more advance peers is because i feel abit lost, when im on the microsoft site and seeing all the new MCSE or MCSD certs.

Im not sure what to do.
