Gridview with Fixed Header and scrollable body

Hi,

I have a normal gridview with lakhs of records, paging is implemented and working fine. Now i want to make gridview with fixed header and scrollable body, header is having dropdown to filter records also. I tried various method, but nothing is working out. please help.
