Gridview Binding Prob ?

Hai Friends,

    I need concepts like Linq, Cache and thread. I heard these concepts are help to get data fast then compared to other things.
   I have one prob in gridview. It will Slowly Binding datas from database and i have more then 3000  records for particular Gird. And i'm using Radgridview[Telerik Controls] using Filter control options in header part. Is it any other better option to load gridview data much more fast. Please suggest me how the records bind Quick in manner just 3-5 seconds. Is it possible ?  


Please Help me with Good Techniques. It's will really help me in future.
