GridItem in PropertyGrid

Hi folks! Can someone tell me how to access a GridItem of the PropertyGrid programmatically? I don't need the value but the label. I want to change the background color of a single field in the PropertyGrid. Is this possible and if yes, how can I do that? Cheers! ...Dan
