grid view showing deleted records while selecting the menu

Hi,

 

I am using grid view in my page, I deleting the record, in grid view it is getting delete and status is getting updated in the database, when i clicked on particular menu and opening the page I am able to view the deleted records.

 

I am using page prerender event also. Attached is my code behind

 

can any one help me out in this issue.
