Grid View Delete Operation Loses focus

There is a GridView.

Its Bound on Page load.

There is a link button on it.

Link button is associated with onrowcommand

on rowcommand i have implatemented delete command .

now the issue is while the row delete is performed. It take time to bind again and also go to the top of the page i have to scroll it back
