You can use Microsoft Chart Controls For .NET Framework 3.5 over ZedGraph.

OR  Highchart (https://www.highcharts.com/). It Is One of the most widely used chart library of current time.

OR other jquery chart framework

1. JSCharts (http://www.jscharts.com/examples)
2. Flot  (http://www.flotcharts.org/)
3. jpPlot  (http://www.jqplot.com/)
4. Charjs (https://www.chartjs.org/)

I have used Syncfusion to generate charts in one of my application but it's expensive. They have community license. You can claim it from here https://www.syncfusion.com/sales/communitylicense.
