google Translate is not working in any IE

I have tired to convert language from english to dutch and vice-versa using google Translate in sharepoint 2013 on-premises.

Only in IE, sharepoint throws errors, but not in sharepoint online and W3school.

Error : SEC7127: Redirect was blocked for CORS request.

SCRIPT7002: XMLHttpRequest: Network Error 0x800c0014, A redirection problem occurred.

kindly do the needfull.
