google maps in mvc using applicationDbContext?

Hi Team

I saw a vide on Youtube using google maps, the developer is using dbEntities, my app using local db to load database. Is there or more options other than using db entities? If so please share examples. I want an app uses google maps for my current location using mvc asp.net. How do i access api key for mvc asp.net?
