Google like search in sql database visual studio

Question

Hi everyone, I have simple table in sql database e.g. id, name and salary. I want to put a search/select option on name column in db. My need is if any employee name is Akash and I type Acash but "record not found". I have all knowledge about wildcards but I am unable to get this thing. I want google like search db should provide me the record with the name akash instead of acash. Thanks
