Good People please help here with the DLL

Question

 Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.Web, Version=13.0.20, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. C:\Users\Bongani Gumede\Source\Workspaces\DEA - PMSII\PMSII\EPIP_WebAPP_Latest\Web.Config 160. I have downloaded these DLL and put them on the bin folder but still coming accross with this error any one who can help please help will be much appriciated
