GIF image - How to get duration and edit time of specified frame ?

Hi, I've got 2 questions about GIF image in C#.

First is how to get duration of a gif.

And second is how to edit time of a frame (first and last) ?

I've searched a lot on the internet but I couldn't get solution of my problem...
