(-) ghyphicon to remove row in asp.net mvc using jquery

Question

Actually while designing a survey page I'm just stuck with the problem of minus glyphicon, I used plus glyphicon and it work correctly to create a clone of row but minus glyphicon is not working properly, I'm not able to remove the row. Can any one suggest me how can I do that.
