Getting this error when i try to open or create a website,help/advice needed.

Hi,

The project system components are not installed on this computer. Please re-install Visual Studio.

I have re-installed VS 2008 and nothing worked i get same error again. I also tried the commands given in the solution for this problem in various forums but still no solution yet..
Any guidance/help/suggestion please?
