Getting "Invalid no of arguments" error in cmd prompt

I am using the below commend to install my SampleEnq windows service. But it is displaying "Error-Invalid no of argumets".

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\InstallUtil F:\WorkCopy\SampleEnq\bin\SampleEnq.exe

Plz help me on this.
